RETURN POLICY

  1. All Sales Are Final.
  2. Returns are accepted for defective products.
  3. Returns are also accepted for products that have been grossly misrepresented in their posted picture or description.
  4. We must be notified within 7 (seven) days of product receipt that the item is defective or has been misrepresented.
  5. You will be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).  Do not attempt to return the product without an RMA.
  6. We must receive the product covered by the RMA no later than 7 (seven) days after RMA issuance.  Weekends and Holidays not included.
  7. We will replace a defective product at our expense.
  8. Contact the Returns department to begin the return process.

SHIPPING POLICY

  1. Standard shipping will take between 5-10 days within the continental US on items in stock.
  2. Standard shipping will take between 7-14 days for international orders on items in stock.
  3. Standard shipping will be free on orders of six or more sets.
